Serves: 4
4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
2 (10.5) Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
Baby Carrots (as much or as little as you like)
Season with your favorite Spices
Place all above ingredients in a crock-pot. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours until Chicken is tender. Serve over pasta or rice.
